Ronnie Cutrone: Andy Warhol Painting “Fashion” I
This 1981 photograph of Andy Warhol painting the word “fashion” onto a mirror in red paint was taken by Ronnie Cutrone, a Pop painter, nightclub impresario, and longtime assistant to the artist (among his many unusual contributions to Warhol’s work was the urine used in the making of the notorious Oxidation paintings).
