Gagosian Shop offers returns on fashion apparel and accessories within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box and include all original tags and designer packaging to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
