The Richter Interviews

This book collects conversations between Hans Ulrich Obrist and Gerhard Richter conducted over the course of more than two decades. Subjects discussed range from Richter’s place within art history to artist’s books, architecture, religion, unrealized projects, and his advice for young artists. The volume also includes a previously unpublished interview focusing on a vast stained glass window by Richter installed in the Cologne Cathedral, Germany, in 2007.
